The farmhouse stands at almost a 1000ft above sea level, with panoramic views of the Berwyn mountain range and surrounding countryside - tranquil and convenient for guests to savour the delights of Snowdonia and other attractions of North Wales, as well as being well based for exploring the numerous local walking trails. The property has been in the Jones family for nearly four generations. Gareth and Glenys, who speak Welsh with their family, neighbours and most of the local villagers, have been running the guest house for over 40 years and are proud to have hosted visitors from all over the world, some of which have made several visits. The guest house offers a variety of rooms - twin, double and a one-child family room (the twin room is situated at ground level). For your comfort, each room is equipped with the following: Full Central Heating Flat screen TV and Clock Radio Beverage Tray Toiletries Hair Dryer Wifi connection Power showers Ironing facilities are available upon request Other facilities include: Ample parking space Small lounge with books and board games Garden with picnic table Private fishing lake Ideal for bird spotters Breakfast, using fresh locally produced ingredients, is served in our breakfast room, where you can watch the birds feed in the garden and enjoy the stunning view over the Berwyn mountains. Special diets can be catered for - please inform when making your reservation. Evening meals may be enjoyed at the many commended restaurants and pubs in the town of Bala as well as in neighbouring villages.
